Twelve years on ServiceNow, leading architecture across some of Europe's largest implementations. Over a hundred programmes shipped, from tightly-scoped custom apps for a single business unit to multi-region ITSM consolidations across eleven markets.
The work has spanned finance, legal, telecommunications, supply & logistics, retail and healthcare, covering ITSM, CMDB and CSDM, CSM, Service Portal, custom application development, integration architecture, and the platform governance that holds an estate together as it grows.
Thirteen ServiceNow certifications, capped by the Master Architect, are the foundation. The expertise on top of them comes from a decade of seeing what works and what doesn't on real estates with real users.
A substantial portion of recent work has gone into AI-augmented delivery: agentic workflows, Now Assist, Claude Code, and MCP applied to live build as a genuine accelerator. Done well, it changes what a single architect can deliver inside a sprint. Knowing what 'done well' looks like is the harder part, and only comes from actually building with it.
Custom application development is a recurring theme. ServiceNow's catalogue is wide but not infinite, and there are workflows where a well-scoped Now Platform app outperforms forcing in something that nearly fits, at a meaningful fraction of the five-year cost.
